Healthy Papaya Banana Smoothie Recipe

Today I am going to share with you a super simple sexy smoothie!

Oh snaps :)

For this delicious smoothie, you just need TWO kinds of fruits!

That’s it! I told ya, super simple :)

It’s just a papaya and bananas, my two favorite fruits!

Ingredients:
-Half of a large papaya
-2 bananas
-papaya seeds (start with 1/2 tablespoon)

 

Combine all ingredients into a  high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.

 

This Super Simple Sexy Smoothie Papaya Banana (papaynana) recipe is different because I add in papaya seeds. Most folks, throw them away! But, they’re totally edible and taste like black peppercorn. They’ve this nice spicy kick to it and once your taste buds get use to them, I way prefer them over black peppercorn.

Plus, papaya seeds have great healing benefits! They help get rid of parasites, which I know makes you go EWWW! I know…YIKES! So YES, even more reason to throw in those papaya seeds :)

That’s it! No need for water, or some kind of “milk” like coconut milk because papaya already has enough water in it. If you like, you can of course make it sweeter with coconut water or milk.

I tend to make my smoothie on the thicker side. This way I don’t forget to chew my smoothies to activate natural digestive enzymes!
