I’m not talking about rebounding after a relationship break up.
Forget that, this rebounding is 100 times better.
It’s all about trampolines and jumping around…jump up, jump up, and get down (House of Pain in da house)
It’s AMAZING and I am so grateful that I was introduced to it a while ago by going to a trampoline gym.
I won’t lie, there were moments where I was scared because I didn’t want to jump too high and hurt myself. But once I let go, time just FLEW by. I was bouncing and jumping around and even trying to do flips!
I had so much FUN I didn’t even considered rebounding as exercise. It totally was, BUT BETTER!
I was sweating it up, needing loads of water, felt so re-energized, feeling like a kid again, and the next day I was completely SORE all over my body!
Not only that, but the many benefits of rebounding to instantly improve your health.
Can we say, AWESOME?!? :)
- Rebounding gets you moving, which turns on the lymphatic system and helps drains toxins from the body;
- Helps circulate oxygen to increase energy;
- Improves digestion; and

Whatever, it’s FUN! The BEST reason why to do it :)
I highly recommend going to a trampoline gym at least one, so you can go crazy by doing flips and letting loose.
Remember to stay hydrated while getting your movement in, so you can flush those toxins out.
