3 Ways to Hydrate Without H2O

Tired of CONSTANTLY drinking water?

For some folks, can be quite BORING!

Well, I ran out of water at my place and was dying of THIRST!

GUESS WHAT?

I found an EVEN BETTER OPTION to hydrate my body!

That is when it HIT ME, I had papaya!

Papaya contains about 89 percent water per volume! PLUS, you benefit from all the AMAZING vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

My other two favorite fruits to hydrate with are grapefruits and bananas.

Grapefruit contains about 91 percent water per volume, while banana only has 74 percent water. BUT, it’s  super convenient to travel with and easy to eat on the go. If you’re adventurous, you may want to explore other parts of it like banana blossoms.

There are SO MANY fruits and veggies to choose from to help hydrate your body, there is no way you can get BORED :)
