And NO I’m not talking about getting a massive foodcoma either. That’s a different story I will cover soon :P
So what is it?
We get in a rut of just focusing on being thankful for just ONE DAY!
That ISN’T enough.
We need to be doing it DAILY!
Did you know that it takes at least FIVE POSITIVE interactions to outweigh the psychological effects of a bad interaction/experience/or emotion?

Each day write anywhere from one to five things that you are grateful for. It might be hard to do at first, but it really is easy…things like—a beautiful sunset, realizing how strong your arms are, catching up with a friend, or etc.
By doing this, you will be AMAZED by how much your day was filled with abundance and things won’t seems so bad after all.
