Always wanted to do a pull-up?

Me too!

Today I share what worked for me to finally reach my goal…NEGATIVE PULL-UPS.

Do as much as you can in a day.

If it is just once a day, SWEET!

Maybe once in the morning and another in the evening, AWESOME!

Just DO IT and KEEP UP WITH IT!

You WILL be able to do one

I am living proof ANYONE can do one :)

The Iron Gym is what I use and love.

    You have no idea how much I need help. Supposed to be doing these and the hub is going to install a bar in our house so I can get to it this weekend.

      AWESOME, having a bar in the house is the best bet to being able to do them quickly.

      I just do some throughout the day.
