How to Easily Control Hunger Cravings and Snacking

Helga Weber - Control Hunger Cravings and Snacking

Tired of having endless hunger cravings and unnecessary snacking?

Sick of thinking about food 24/7?

Recently one of our participants in the Living Mindful Eating‘s Eat Beautifully Method brought up this concern and was seeking advice and tips for healthy snacks since she was a snacker.

I FELT her. I had this same exact problem!

But then I challenged her, what if you don’t need to snack?

What if you can nip that hunger craving and eliminate needing to snack?

So I shared with her my secret weapon I discovered along my journey that easily helps control cravings and snacking.

Whenever that snack attack comes and you want to grab a bag of chips, cookies, ice cream, or whatever the kryptonite…

Do this ONE thing first!

Have some zesty lemon delight :)

There are so many benefits to drinking warm lemon water, but the AWESOMENESS FACTOR is that it helps fight hunger cravings.

As someone who tends to overeat, I can say for a fact that it helps most of the time with my hunger cravings, which results in less unnecessary snacking. Also, a lot of times, we aren’t really hungry and just thirsty :)

Check out her testimonial: “It worked! After we got off of our call, I really wanted something to eat, so I decided to try out your suggestion and made hot lemon water with honey. It’s perfect! I am not hungry and it’s the perfect mix of sweet and tart to satisfy all cravings I was having! Thank you for the suggestion of not just drinking it in the AM!”

So, don’t stop at just having lemon water in the morning, but continue having it throughout the day, especially when you’re having a craving.

If after having your zesty lemon delight, you’re still hungry, then eat.

It’s no biggie :)

Now my question to you:

Have you tried having warm lemon water to help fight hunger cravings? I would love to hear from you how it helped you! Leave me a comment and let me know.

Do me a quick favor: Share with 3 friends how they can easily control hunger cravings and snacking. It will only take 3 seconds. <3 ya!
