I’ve been loving my raw papayas here in Thailand.
I wanted to share an awesome quick tip I learned on the easiest way to eat a papaya without the mess!
Back in the days, I would peel the skin off the papaya with a knife. I think how most people would do it.
Sounds easy enough, but the papaya would always slip out of my fingers and my fingers would get so MESSY at the end.
Then I would slice them up into pieces and eat it with a fork.
But then my fruitarian friends, shined a light on an easier approach to eating a papaya.
1. Cut the papaya in half
2. Grab a spoon to scrape out the seeds (I personally eat them, they have a nice peppery kick)
3. Dig in :)
SO EASY with no messy fingers <3
You can pretty much do this with a lot of fruits.
Also, remember that fruit has a ton of water, so they are a great way to stay hydrated without needing to drink lots of water.
